Experience WineFood, the unique wine and food journey at Shingleback Wine. Chef Horst’s WineFood concept is designed to enhance the enjoyment of both food and wine by creating an aromatic, wine-friendly menu.
Upon arrival, enjoy a wine tasting in the heritage listed tasting room and select a bottle or two to enjoy at lunch, before heading over to the Chef’s Kitchen where a four-course meal will be prepared before your eyes.
The menu changes with the seasons, but always heroes locally sourced meat, fish and vegetables, as well as – of course – Shingleback Wine’s renowned vintages.
You might enjoy shiraz-braised lamb shoulder, or perhaps a red wine and dark chocolate mousse. Specific dietary requirements can be catered to so nobody need miss out.
